Ecuadorean President Daniel Noboa’s automobile was surrounded by about 500 protesters hurling rocks as he arrived for an occasion in Canar province, a minister stated on Tuesday, including there have been “indicators of bullet harm” on the car. Noboa was unhurt and 5 folks have been detained, the minister added.
